European Central Bank Would Need To Set Limits on Use of Digital Euro Under Draft Proposal: Bloomberg

The European Union’s executive branch will unveil plans for a digital euro that would require the European Central Bank to set limits on its use, according to a report from Bloomberg News.

ECB raises rates to 22-year high


The European Central Bank raised borrowing costs to their highest level in 22 years and left the door open to more hikes, extending its fight against inflation that remains stubbornly high even as the euro zone economy flags.
